سلسلة ”نساء رائدات” عبارة عن مجموعة مكونة من ستة كتب، تقدم وجوهاً لنساء رائدات من الشرق والغرب اختارتها الكاتبة ؛ بقصد تسليط الضوء على ما مرت به المرأة عبر العصور من تحديات- مع نفسها ومع محيطها- في سبيل تنمية طاقاتها وتحقيق طموحاتها وأحلامها، وبالتالي بلوغ المكانة الرفيعة التي استحقتها. وتركز الكتب الثلاث الأولى على نساء الشرق ، بينما تهتم الأجزاء من 4 إلى 6 بشخصيات نسائية من الغرب. وقد تم ترتيب الشخصيات تاريخياً، ويقدم كل ملف سيرة قصيرة عن حياة كل شخصية وأهم إنجازاتها ، بالإضافة إلى أهم المصادر- تاريخية كانت أم أدبية أم دينية أم غير ذلك - التي برزت من خلالها.يبدأ الجزء الأول : ”نساء رائدات 1: من الشرق” من عصر الفراعنة (شخصية سميراميس الأسطورية - الحقيقية) إلى بداية القرن التاسع عشر (الشاعرة المصرية عائشة تيمور).يبدأ الجزء الثاني ”نساء رائدات 2: من الشرق” من أوائل القرن التاسع عشر(الكاتبة الشامية زينب فواز) إلى منتصفه (الطبيبة اللبنانية سنيّة حبّوب).يبدأ الجزء الثالث ”نساء رائدات 3: من الشرق” من أوائل القرن العشرين (كوكب الشرق أم كلثوم) إلى منتصفه (الأديبة اللبنانية ادفيك جريديني شيبوب).يبدأ الجزء الرابع” نساء رائدات 4: من الغرب” من أواخر القرن الثامن عشر (جيمس باري، أول طبيبة بريطانية) إلى منتصف القرن التاسع عشر (الأديبة السويدية سلمى أوتيليا لاغرلوف).يبدأ الجزء الخامس ”نساء رائدات 5: من الغرب” من منتصف القرن التاسع عشر (العالمة الفرنسية ماري كوري)، إلى أواخره (الشاعرة الأمريكية إدنا ميلاي).يبدأ الجزء السادس ”نساء رائدات 6: من الغرب” من أواخر القرن التاسع عشر (جيرتي تيريزل كوري الطبيبة التشيكوزلوفاكية النمساوية) إلى أوائل القرن العشرين (الفضائية السوفييتية فالنتينا تيريشكوفا).Pioneer women is a series of six books presenting profiles of famous women from the east and west. The books aim to shed light on the challenges faced by women- whether posed by themselves or by their surroundings- in the journey to enhance their talents, direct their energy towards development, and reach their present status The first three books focus on women from the east, while books 4- 6 present profiles of women from the west.
