The Women and Memory Forum had the pleasure to hold the celebration for the Feminist Oral History Project “Documenting the Experiences of Women Entrepreneurs” at the Swiss Club in Cairo on Saturday January 21st at 12 p.m.
The Women Entrepreneurs Project falls under the Archive of Women’s Voices project which explores the lives of Egyptian women through their own narration and empowers them through storytelling. The Women Entrepreneurs Project revolved around the experiences of Egyptian women from different sectors and backgrounds. This project highlighted the multiple facets of being a woman entrepreneur in Egypt, the excellence of these women in entrepreneurship, and the challenges they faced and overcame.
