WMF Film Club Screens Samar…Before the Final Picture in Episode Two of “Women’s Tales” Featuring Director AyaTallah Yusuf

The Women and Memory Forum (WMF) organized a screening of the documentary film Samar…Before the Final Picture on Wednesday 6 November 2024, at the WMF headquarters in Cairo. The screening was followed by an open discussion with the film’s director, AyaTallah Yusuf, marking the second episode of the WMF Film Club “Women’s Tales.”

“Women’ Tales” engages with women’s issues in Arab cinema by hosting monthly screenings of selected films on the first Wednesday of each month. The screenings are free and open to the public, and feature the women filmmakers for an open discussion with them.
