تحتوي مجموعة كوكب حفني ناصف على الأوراق الخاصة بها مثل شهاداتها الجامعية في مصر والخارج، بالإضافة إلى صور لها ولعائلتها ومعارفها في مراحل تاريخية مختلفة. أيضًا تضم الأوراق مجموعة من القصاصات الصحفية التي تتحدث عن إنجازاتها الطبية سواء أثناء حياتها أو بعد وفاتها.

Born on the 20th of April 1905, Kawkab Hefni Nassif was the first Egyptian woman to work as a physician and surgeon. She was also the first woman Hospital Director in Egypt. She attended the Medical School at the University of London, then returned to Egypt to become the first woman medical practitioner in Egypt. In 1962, she was the first woman to hold the position of Hakimbashi (Chief Surgeon). She was also the first Egyptian woman to join the Medical Syndicate and become a union physician, and the first woman surgeon to perform a caesarean section in Egypt. Kawkab Hefni Nassif died in 1999.
Kawkab Hefni Nassef receives the Order of Sciences and Arts from President Anwar al-Sadat at the headquarters of the Egyptian Medical Syndicate on 18th of March 1980" height="376" width="240" loading="lazy">
