WMF Joins HarassMap in a Public Seminar on Violence Against Women

The Women and Memory Forum (WMF) joined HarassMap in a public seminar held at Manial Palace Museum to discuss the realities and challenges of the violence against women. Representing the WMF, Alya Morsi and Salma al-Naqqash discussed the WMF’s work to document the history of the feminist movement in Egypt, with focus on the movement’s battle against all forms of violence against women, particularly sexual harassment. Representing HarassMap, Heba Youssef discussed the social and awareness-raising work conducted by HarassMap to combat sexual harassment.
